I called to check if the machine was available, made the payment, and then got told it wasn’t in stock. Bellabarista ended up selling me a machine that cost £600 more, but hey, at least the shipping was free. It's a fantastic device and came nicely packaged.

No fuss, no hassle, no drama here. The website was a breeze to navigate, making it simple to pick out my grinder. Placing the order was a walk in the park, and before I knew it, my grinder showed up, packed like a champ, plus they tossed in enough beans to season the burrs and keep me caffeinated for a week or two. Honestly, I reckon this whole experience tops even a trip to a physical store. Big thanks to Bella Barista!
